Fever for days

I am 15 weeks AMA 38, and pregnant with my 1st after thermal endometrial ablation last August, so HR I have developed a fever ranging from 99 to 101, it's going on 48 hours, muscle pain and slight headache, my OB was not concerned anyone else go through this???
