Coworker diagnosed w/ IF :(

I found out today that my coworker/friend was diagnosed with IF. I guess the official diagnosis is DOR, with an amh of .16. Everything else looks good she said, and she just did her hysteroscopy yesterday. The plan will be IVF, but they are a fairly young, newly married couple, so the financial situation is really rough.
I don't really know much about this diagnosis. Is there anything I should suggest she looks into? Any specific tests she needs to make sure they run? Any advice for her? They have her on dhea, which I thought I remembered someone on here taking.
I am sad for her. IF is so unfair. Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom you might have for me to share with her.

I'm really sorry for your coworker but she is so lucky to have someone like you to talk to. I have no advice as we dealt with MFI but I'm sure some others have great knowledge.

No advice on her diagnosis, but I'm assuming she knows about your struggles?  It's just nice to have someone there to talk to who "gets it".  I found out about my co-workers IF when we walked into an IVF seminar at the same time - talk about awkward!  We both all of the sudden knew so much about each other!  From there, we went through the whole process together and have become really close.  She was one of the only ones who knew we were TTC #2 and now she's going back for #2 as well.

Ugh- sorry to hear this. Is her FSH normal? How is her AFC? AMH only tells part of the story so hopefully the rest is in better shape.
The only advice I would have at this point is to find a well seasoned RE that has worked with DOR patients and is willing to work with them (some clinics might write them off).
Getting a DOR diagnosis was devastating to me (as any diagnosis would have been) so I feel for her. I felt it was hopeless but started to feel a little better once I started treatments and luckily responded to meds (some DOR ladies aren't that lucky).

Thanks ladies. I did ask about her FSH and she said it was normal. I forgot to ask about AFC until later. I think she's going to the same place @IBackBevo‌ went, and I think DOR was her diagnosis too. So hopefully my coworker has the same good results.

I don't have any advice about her diagnosis but I'm sorry she has to go through this.

I'm dhea gal. Id warn her about acne, hairloss, and a somewhat invasive sex drive. She should be on it 3-4 months before attempting ivf for it to have max effect. I didnt get any more work up other than standard IF stuff.

Hah! I was bumping from my phone and tried to be brief and now reading that I realize how odd my choice of words was. I was warned by my RE not to be alarmed at the types of dreams I would start to have. Good thing he warned me. DH was happy though. 

Oh, and I just remembered I got bad night sweats too...soaked through pjs and sheets every night....
