Hello, 

I have been checking on the board for awhile and finally decided to pull the trigger. 

We have been TTC for a year now, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis back in 2002 but was told at that time I had all the time in the world to wait. 

So after finding my prince charming we started TTC, after 6 months of trying I went to the OB/GYN which at that appointment was sent up for another Lap. 

After the lap which took twice as long as schedule I was told all was clear and to try for 6 months before coming back. 

As you all well know waiting 6 month has been hard so after 5 months I made an appointment with the RE. Meeting with RE was good but frustrating because I felt like I was just a number and that they already had a pre-filled treatment plan and didn't take my case differently. UGH

So, now we are on Femara plus Ovidrel plus TI and I am hoping it works. I am super bummed because we only had one Follicle 18 this month. 

My DH tells me just stay positive and that is the reason it isn't happening, which makes me want to punch him in throat but I will paste a smile on and go with it! 

Me: 32  DH: 33

Married: 7.6.13

TTC: 1 years

DX- Me: Endometriosis- diagnosed in 2002

07/2013 through 12/2013 – TTC

01/2014-Laparoscopy, dx- Stage 3 Endometriosis, tubes cleared

01/2014 through 05/2014 – TTC

05/2014- First appointment with RE

6/2014- Letrozole + Ovidrel +TI=????

Welcome! Glad your repeat lap showed all clear. Sorry your RE wasn't giving you individualized attention...hopefully that plan is a good fit and brings quick success!

Welcome and good luck this cycle! My husband and I have had a few conversations about his overly high optimism too, so I understand. Even though it can be annoying, I try to focus on how we balance each other. :-)

Welcome and good luck! And I must say the smile was a good idea because throat punching normally doesn't lead to baby making. lol! I've had to resist the urge myself a few times. Hopefully this plan works out! Sorry to hear it's not as individualized as you would like.
