Hey there ladies!  I noticed in the "get to know you" poll that you are both from the Cap District, too!

We have only just begun to scratch the surface so far in this adoption process, but if this next round doesn't work, we'll be diving in deeper.

I went to an adoption fair recently and got some names of some agents and some recs from a couple friends.

Was curious what stages you were at and if you'd be comfortable sharing what agencies you have looked at, your thoughts, etc...?  I do know it's a personal thing and you as a couple have to feel comfortable based on your own situation, and if you don't feel comfortable sharing, let me know.

Well hey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will totally share...........we have just completed our homestudy process and are waiting for the official write up.  We are adopting from Korea.  We are using Wide Horizons for the Children and so far they have been great.  We have friends who have used them 3 times that is why we decided on them.  Let me know if you have any ??? and Lets diff. keep in touch here is my email   ......henswife05@yahoo.com.  I look forward to getting to know you!!!

Thanks!  Right now we are thinking domestic and have been referred by a few people I know to Friends in Adoption.  And a couple others also looked like potential that we met at the fair.  Guess we'll see!

You should look at Wide Horizons I know that they do domestic also.  Good luck and also good luck with the IVF #3.  keep in touch.  Who do you go to for fertility stuff?  I go to Albany IVF.
