Trouble TTC

We have answers and a plan!!!

well I finally have answers and a plan 2yrs later.... My lab results came back and showed that I have elevated Natural Killer Cell count. they also showed that I possibly have a clotting disorder. The NKC is the main issue. What my RE said we should do is inerlipid * infusions. he wants to start me on clomid (after AF shows up) and then do the iv infusion and then have me do a trigger shot since we are not doing IUI (not covered and don't have the funds). He sounds confident about it which helps me feel better. then when I finally get my BFP I will start a blood thinner to ensure nothing else goes wrong . he said I will be on it and in the IV infusion utill im 24wk at least to help keep me from miscarrying.

this will be my first time on clomid and a shot so im a little worried and advise would be wonderful. thanks ladies <3

  • So glad you have answers! Good luck!

Trying to have baby #1 since April 2013

DH SA March,May 2014 - Low motility and shape issues. On vitamins per RE to help

Me testing April 3, 2014 - FSH and LH good, HSG showed blocked right tube

April 29, 2014 - First RE appt., right tube needs to be removed and possibly left also if

it's bad too. RE suggests going straight to IVF

June 4, 2014 - LAP/HSC and unexpected endo. removed but tubes got to stay!

June 13, 2014 - Post-Op appointment. We decide where to go next since main issue

is MFI influenced. Trying naturally until decision... Repeat SA  in September. Aiming for IUI #1 November 2014.

  • I tried clomid for three cycles... The last cycle my dr doubled the dose to 100mg & I had terrible side effects! Actually made my vision change - luckily, it went away after I stop the med. now I am on femara. Good luck :) just watch out for any serious side effects and tell te dr right away.
