I don't know about the mo/mo thing, but at my first peri appt, the u/s was very detailed (it took about 2 hours) and they measured every possible thing there was to measure (heart, brain, bones, fluid, cervix, etc). We met with the peri to discuss any concerns/questions we had, and we also met with a genetic counselor (the MFM dept at my hospital just does it that way- we didn't request that or anything). The counselor took a very detailed family history, etc. Good luck!
