Found out twins at 20 wks and car seat question

So I just found out at my first ultrasound (20.6 weeks) that I am having twins! Time to change my whole frame of mind! I have a Kia Sorrento, and a 2 yr old in a britax marathon. I was planing to use my infant britax seat for the new baby, but does anyone know if 2 of these and the marathon would fit in the Kia Sorrento?! Also, what do I need to do/know now that my pregnancy is now with twins!!!

Hi, I am a CPST.  Is your 2 yo RF or FF?  I would suggest at minimum getting your 2 yr old a new seat, preferably a radian rxt/r120 and then you can possibly fit 2 infant seats next to it.

She is front facing, thanks for the suggestions. I hate to switch the infant seats because I have the strollers that match (that I love). I'll look into switching my toddler, but I'm still concerned it won't fit 3 across.

I would switch her seat then and if she is already FF you can do a seat like the Harmony Defender for $99 while harnesses to 65lbs and is fairly narrow.  What state do you live in?

What a surprise! We have a sante fe and am able to fit two chicco's and an front facing evenflo. It is tight but manageable. I googled the width of the back seat and looked up the widths of each car seat and it fit. I also borrowed a chicco ( we only had one from our daughter) to make sure it fit before purchasing the second chicco. We ended up getting a minivan but we needed two cars to be able to handle all three. Good luck!
