Walmart bling ring

At 9 weeks my fingers Already look like sausages and my wedding ring was getting tight (it was already a little snug to begin with ). Rather than not wear a ring I decide to go to walmart and get a bling ring with some additional room to grow. It is kind of fun to have a big shiny but very fake rock.

I have a fake ring set that I wear to work so I don't destroy my real one.  I get all kinds of compliments on it.  people have no idea that its fake.  Got it at piercing pagoda

I had to get a CZ set off of Amazon because my real set was a little snug to start and I was having problems getting it off at night.

I've gotten so many compliments on it that I can't help but laugh.

Hah! That's great! My rings had to be cut off when I was pregnant w/DS1 and I wore them on a chain w/DS2 but I love your idea

That's an awesome idea!! My rings are getting a little snug too, but I blame it on the wonky weather NJ has been having.  If it gets to be too much, I plan to pick up a set from Walmart or whatever just to have.  But then again, I don't think DH would like that too much.

I've already stopped wearing mine to bed because they're always pretty tight in the morning. I was just planning on getting a good chain for them and wearing them that way when they no longer fit.

With DD, I took them off and stuck them in a ring box when they stopped fitting. And then we moved and I lost track of where I stuck them. (Darn you, baby brain!). I finally found them a couple months later in a random box I hadn't gotten around to unpacking earlier!

I got one from amazon a few years ago and change mine out every couple weeks. I had to have my ring sized up after our first baby. Hopefully we won't have to do that after this one.

ooh love the fake ring idea. I wish I had thought of that during my last pregnancy! I can't even take my rings off right now but I'm going to do some online shopping now. Ya'll are geniuses! I'm so glad I joined this group

I only wear my rings sometimes. When I workout in the morning before work, my hands swell a bit, especially during spin class. And since I don't want to leave them in the car or the gym locker, they stay at home those days. Also, I never sleep or shower in my rings either. You ladies might find that they will fit again once it gets colder in November.

Great idea! My wedding band still fits almost every day but my engagement ring not as much (luckily I haven't gotten them soldered yet). But I'm not sure how much longer they will both fit.

i'm wearing a different ring in place of my engagement ring right now because it's gotten snug.  i might think about getting a big ol' fake one for fun.
