Tips for IUI Success?

Hey, ladies! Anyone have any tips for IUI success? I go on June 10th for my day 12 US and blood work and have my first IUI tentatively planned for June 12. My RE said not to "expect it to work the first time" but Im hoping for the best. It's been a long, hard road to get to here.

Why would he say that? You have the exact same odds as any "normal" couple TTC. People get lucky on their first try all the time. I'm a big believer in positive thinking.
Just relax, do what the RE says, and GL!!

I have twins resulting from IUI #1. They'll be two years old next week (actually, their birthday is your IUI day). Good luck, and ^ I agree--the power of positive thinking!

IUI was the answer after ttc for a year. I knew I was pregnant right away after IUI, like the next day, tummy gurgling. Lost first but then so hopeful for the future, 2nd IUI two months later & now expecting our Christmas miracle! Best of luck to you!
