Lunches on the go

Tomorrow we are going to be gone from after breakfast to dinner time. Looking for some ideas for healthy lunch ideas for on the go. I will have a cooler with me so I can do light refrigeration but also looking for ideas that don't require a cooler

We just went to the zoo today with a friend and we packed lunches. Although my picky eater only ate puréed fruits and crackers, my friend packed what appeared to be a great lunch for her toddler. They had cheese sticks, pretzels with hummus, yogurt, peanut butter sandwiches, and juice boxes. They also had apple slices and graham crackers for a snack.

We do PB sandwich, crackers/goldfish, string cheese, and fruit (I cut it up prior to leaving the house). Graham crackers are also good.

This is late but check out the weelicious cookbooks. They are great. One is specifically for lunch boxes.
