Hello all, what do you think of Maisie? Does it sound too cutesy for an adult? I love the name but wonder if it is more appropriate for a little girl rather than later in life. Also, help with middle names to go with it please!!

My DD is Margaret and I'm trying out Maisie as a NN. Not sure if it will stick. 

You could also name her Mae and call her Maisie as a NN.

I always think of it as a NN for something.

I think it's too cutesy for an adult.

It is fairly cutsie, but I think that it could work for an adult, especially if paired with a mature middle name ( i.e. no Maisie Sue). Though if you are concerned about it, I like pps' suggestion of using it as a nn for Margaret or Mairead.
