MK - Elastic Rash?

Okay, I lied. I haven't gotten to bed yet. But anyway...a girl on my local CD FB page is having problems with her son getting rashes around his legs where the elastic goes across them. He is 5 months, not crawling or rolling. They use Best Bottoms with prefolds or flats. She's tried adjusting the legs to be less tight, but he keeps getting the rash off and on. Does this sound like what was going on with J? Did you switch to pockets, or what did you find that helped?
