We are in the process of going from paper charts to electronic medical records. Thursday was the first day we went live after one day of training. In the morning the highest clinical director reassured us that no matter what we did wrong, it was okay. Everything can be fixed and "no one is going to be sending a rocket to Russia" (a phrase she repeated no short of six times). Well, I apparently found a way to send said rocket because I got called out and spoken to like a child because I made a mistake. Ah, good times.

Incidentally, I didn't actually make a mistake, I did it the way we were going to learn to do the same type of note next week. Lucky for me one of the bosses above that director spoke to me after the meeting to tell me I didn't do anything wrong and not to worry about it. haha
