Low AMH IVF protocols?

Hi.  I'm poking my nose over from the IF and TTTC boards to ask the experts a couple of questions, if it's okay.

I've been diagnosed with low AMH but normal FSH.  DH and I are planning to start IVF #1 in July.  I'm interested in what protocols have worked for those of you with low AMH.  Obviously, I've got a special interest in those with normal FSH, but I'd love to hear from anyone who was in this position.

I've had good response to Clomid, and have an average AFC of 12, so I'm hopeful for good things.  I just want to have solid questions for the RE in a few weeks when we meet with him.

Me (34): MTHFR, PCOS, Endo, left salpingectomy due to hydrosalpinx, 
hypothyroidism, low AMH (0.26)/normal FSH/average AFC of 12

Him (33): No known issues

November 2013-March 2014: Natural cycles
April 2014: Clomid 100mg and Ovidrel trigger -- BFN
May 2014: Clomid 100mg and Ovidrel trigger -- BFN
July 2014:  IVF class -- Check!
Holy crap.  Unmedicated BFP 7.22.14.  EDD 4.01.15.
Best April Fool's Day ever!
Now on Lovenox, prenatals, Vitamin D,
Folic Acid, and Synthroid.
Please be our take home baby.

    Hi! I have low AMH but normal FSH. I had success with the long Lupron protocol. They tried the microdose Lupron flare one first and I got cancelled as it was too aggressive apparently. After that, my RE decided to treat me as he would have a few years ago before the AMH test was available since my other blood work was normal but set my expectations for less eggs to be retrieved. Anyways, it worked thankfully! Let me know if you had any questions!
    Me 36/DH 46 Me: Low AMH (.21) DOR, mild endo; Started seeing RE 11/12
    Jan-March '13 3 IUIs Clomid + Trigger = BFN
    April '13 IVF 1 MDLF converted to 4th IUI due to 3 runaway follicles! BFN
    July/Aug '13 IVF 1.2 Long Lupron = 7R, 6F, 2T= BFP!!!
    Beta 1=512, Beta 2=1,368 Beta 3= 4,128
    It's a boy!!!!

    You might check out the high fsh forum 54....those ladies --especially the over 40 board-- can tell you a lot about this. The main 3 I have heard of are mdl, long Lupton and antagonist.
    IF DX: DOR & Fragile X pre-mutation carrier
    2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
    BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
    Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
    BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014
