I guess its time to introduce myself. I've been living in denial that I fit in here but our consultation appointment with our RE is today to get started on our second IVF. We were very lucky and were successful with our very first IVF, which resulted in our almost 2 year old twin girls. I have a couple questions for you all, if you don't mind.
How did you know it was time to do this whole thing all over again? I've always wanted a big family. After learning about our inability to get pregnant that dream changed slightly but I do know I want at least 3. BUT this time I know what I'm getting into! I'm having a hard time jumping into this knowing all that it entails.
I know there is never a perfect time for this. I'm just stressing over the little things...money, my relationship with my husband (which is great but IVF isn't easy on any couple), scheduling appointments between work, school and caring for my 2 children, etc.
(I didn't realize I had a signature. It's from when I was pregnant previously and I can't figure out how to remove it!)
Re: Time to Introduce myself
Thank you! We are doing CD 3 bloodwork today. I am 26 and diagnosed with PCOS. The large issue is the MFI. My husband's count is low end of normal but morphology is the issue. We are doing a semen analysis today to find out where we stand with that now. Previously IVF with ICSI was our only option.
I wish my heart would tell me something! I know I desperately want another baby, I just don't know when the time will ever be right.

Conception:
It's frustrating how long it can take to grow your family. I've been TTC #2 for almost a year but I am seriously determined to give DD a sibling. I'm looking at an early fall IVF cycle if all goes well and I get the PCOS under control and in some ways, I do dread it. Especially the retrieval which was very painful in the days after for me. But we have to focus on the reward after the challenge (which I have to remind myself every day).
Good luck!
