Nose Frieda Question

I read the discussion about sucking too hard with the nose frieda- which doesn't appear to be a problem. But can you suck too long. I am just getting worried as I was thinking about the fact that adult lungs are so much larger than baby lungs. Could sucking for too long of a period of time hurt the baby?
