TAC and exercise?

edited June 2014 in High-Risk Pregnancy
Loss mentioned in sig****

Hi all- I am a lurker over here, and spend most of my time on the PAIF/loss boards, so I hope it's ok to ask a quick question!

I had a transabdominal cerclage placed at 9w4d and will be 12wks tomorrow.  Before getting pregnant I was spending about an hour/hour and a half each day at the gym doing a mix of cardio and strength training.  My Dr. has cleared me to go back to exercising but limited to 30 minutes per day of light cardio.  Frankly, I am terrified to do anything, but anxious to get moving again at the same time.

For anyone who has a TAC, what kind of exercise did you do/are you doing?
