I don't post here very often, so sorry for the drive-by, but I'm looking for house cleaning recommendations. We have a group that comes every other week and I'm not 100% satisfied with them, so I want to know what else is out there.
Here is what I'm looking for, which are also my current pain points with my current service: provide their own stuff, be able to communicate, and are bonded/insured, I am uncomfortable paying cash under the table.
I'm hoping to pay $30/hour or under and I don't know if that is unreasonable, so even if you aren't in the area, I'd love to hear what you guys pay to see if I'm in the right ballpark.
TIA!
Re: House Cleaning near Edina?
We use 2 Bettys and I really like them. They are fantastic communicators, and they do provide all of their own eco-friendly products and tools (except vaccum, they use ours). In addition, all of their employees (they call them all Betty) are artists who do this work to support their ability to do art. So they do get paid on the higher end of the scale ($30-$35/hr), but it's worth it to me.
