I had my mirana (sp)c removed 5/28/14 and i spotted the first 2 days and cramped, now im so tired nauseated just basically feeling like crap....any one else have this issue

    I had something similar when I stopped doing shots. It's your body adjusting to the changes in your hormones. Your estrogone and progestrone will likely be off for a couple (or few cycles) during the transitions and will (hopefully) finally even out. Hope you feel better soon!
