Building my stash - recommendations?

We've been CD at home for the past few weekends and so far things are going well. I've liked the BG 4.0 pockets and LOVE Flips with pre-folds as inserts. Any recommendations for similar brands/styles I should look out for to try? I know brands/styles/fit will depend on baby, but I wanted to get a few others here and there to try out, especially at different price points. I have the hardest time understanding what other brands work similar to the Flips where I can vary what I stuff them with but still re-use the cover throughout the day. I'm looking to stick with OS and not to have to deal with Snappis or similar (honestly, my dog will eat them). TIA!

Look at Best Bottoms.  They are reusable covers with snap-in inserts.  You can use them with their inserts OR prefolds, flats, fitteds, etc.

It sounds like you are looking for AI2s, that are a cover that has an insert that snaps in place, but you can tri-fold a prefold in really any cover.

I love my grovia AI2s. The shells aren't as wipeable like BB, but they fit really well and we still get a good 3 uses out of them before having to wash. I have a couple of their snap in inserts but I usually just lay in a charcoal bamboo insert.

Another ai2 option is SoftBums. It's my favorite you can either stuff them as a pocket diaper like a 4.0 or snap an insert in or lay a prefold in like a flip. The aplix is awesome and holds up well if you like Velcro.

Also, Totsbots fit very similar to Bumgenius dipes. They are all in ones though.

I just bought some best bottoms over the holiday weekend at your recommendatin and they are quickly becoming my favorite!
