I grilled steak and veggies tonight. Celebratory dinner in honor of summer. I also had whiskey and coke garnished with cherries. Yum.
I have stuff for hotdogs and Mac n cheese
I bought chicken but I haven't decided what to do with it

Waffles and bacon

Hot roast beef sandwiches
Sweet/ sour chicken and rice
Tacos/ fries
That's all I got so far!

@Legitsince86‌ I have never really figured out how to cook for two. Almost everything I make feeds us for at least two meals. We eat leftovers every other meal.

- grilled cheese & tomato, rice soup
- breakfast for supper, fried egg sandwich with bacon and home fries
- leftover frozen lasagna (I made way way way too much last week)
-chicken pot pie
And Saturday were having Dr. Pepper pulled pork sandwiches for my dad's birthday supper! I'm looking forward to it, yum.

Monday (last night)- parmesean ranch chicken with spinach and whole grain mac and cheese
Tuesday- baked cod with coconut rice and peas
Wednesday-Mexican stuffed bell peppers with salad
Thursday-grilled chicken skewers cooked on the grill with grilled green pepper and onion with rice
Friday-15 bean soup with salad

I don't know why I enjoy it so much! Sometimes I get a little wild and throw some bacon and broccoli in my grilled cheese. Spice things up a little. I eat alone every night though, I'm sure my SO wouldn't enjoy my meal plans.
