Totally confused, RE follow up

in TTC after 35
I had blood drawn and another sono. Sono showed a folli that grew to 13.5cm from 12cm on Saturday. However my blood work states that I ovulated. My CBEFM never detected a peak day. This cycle is more than likely a bust. I totally expect to get AF & then I will need to do another CD3 sono/blood work ugh :((

    Oh no..I'm sorry :( {{HUGS}} Hoping next cycle goes better..

    ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
    Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

    DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN  DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!

    so sorry to hear, come on AF !!
    TTC#1 since Aug 2013, I'm 37, DH 41.  
    Maya Arvigo Abdominal massage (daily self care), plus TTC meditations.
    I'm very sensitive to diet (gluten, avoid processed foods) and environment. Have a history of inflammation and tendinitis before going off gluten in 2009.  
    July 2014 - RE Visit #1: Eggs look good, Endometrioma on R ovary, HSG showed blocked R tube close to ovary. DH SA normal 
    DX: Endometriosis probably the IF cause and gunking up tubes.  Since egg reserve is high, RE says I can wait a couple months and then get laproscopic surgery to remove endo & clear tube.  If that doesn't help then move to IVF. 
    Dec 2014 - Saw new RE - does not recommend surgery on tube as it isn't likely to help.  Doubts I have endometriosis.  My endometrioma shrunk to neglible size (yay!) 
    Seriously considering IVF in March/April
    12/17/14 - Natural BFP!

    How freaking frustrating! I'm so sorry... Is there any chance that the bloodwork is wrong? The month I got pregnant with my dd, my RE and I both were only about 50% sure I ovulated.

    I'm going to call the nurse today for extra details. According to FF I O'ed on Friday. Which would be great cause we BD on Wednesday & Friday. On Saturday the original bloodwork showed my progesterone levels was up but there was a folli there. They said I might have O already or I'm going to very soon. I'm guessing perhaps I may have had more than 1 folli & the mature one went through. So my Tuesday the other folli grew a bit more. Either way I'm not super excited about my chances this cycle

    Sorry things are so frustrating this cycle.  FX for you anyway, though.  You never know!

    December 2014: IVF #1.  Microdose Lupron protocol.  9R, 9M, 9F.  3 5-day blasts transferred 12/15. BFFN.
    April 2015: IVF #2.  Microdose Lupron protocol.  16R, 15M, 12F. Transferred 2 5-day blasts 4/12 and froze 4--BFP!  M/C 5/25/15
    August 2015: IVF #3.  14R, 13M, 11F.  Froze 5 blasts for CCS testing.  3 normals.  FET planned for 10/2015.

    Hi all I just spoke with the nurse. They think I actually O'ed on Wed., Thur., or Fri., which FF is saying Fri. So I O before I normally do. The past 3 cycles I O late, apparently this cycle I O on CD12 which is great because the LP will be 12 days which is the lowest amount of days doc like to see. As for that folli they saw on Sat. & on Mon., they think that's the shell casing of the folli. They said u will always see something on a sono after u O. Either way thanks all for ur support & good luck to u all

    Just to clarify, LPs of 10 or 11 days are OK (even if not ideal, right)?
