BOB Revolution SE accessory compatibility

I just bought a BOB Revolution SE and I am looking at various accessories for it. I noticed that the Bugaboo strollers have these really nice memory foam liners that fit into their seats. Does anyone know if the Bugaboo seat liners are compatible with the straps in the BOB's? This is my first Little one and I'm very new to the whole stroller thing, so I'm wondering if the BOB's are fine as is or if the extra padding is needed. He's almost 6 months and he hates being in his car seat on walks and I'm ready to run. Any help and advice on the BOB would be appreciated.
