Good morning ladies!!!!  I have my weekly appt with my OB at 4pm today!!!!  Getting so close

39 week appt at 3pm.. Hoping for some good news. I haven't gained weight in about 3 weeks, have been having prodromal labor for over a week and I am just over being pregnant. I am excited to meet my baby girl but I'm worried that my weird appetite and lack of weight gain are affecting her growth and development.

38 week OB appointment at 9:45 EST. will be getting my weekly NST and will be talking about these cramps and back pain I've been having that don't do anything.

Had one at 7:30 this morning. 3cm and 75% but this has been slowly happening for 3 weeks now and she asked if I wanted to be induced. I said no but I'm wondering if I should have said yes

Weekly appt at 2:50 ET. First cervical check and GBS swab. Looking forward to hearing if anything's going on yet.

Have my weekly at 11:15 est. As far as I know, it's just a routine exam. Ob said last week they don't start internals until 38 weeks. Not sure if that is normal or not from reading what everyone else posts.

Just got out and no change since last week. Still only a centimeter and 60%. I'm definitely a little disappointed. Doc also was surprised because the baby is so low. This time he felt way up there and was saying how now he can't even find my cervix opening. Can you regress? I didn't think that was possible. Maybe he made a mistake last visit? I know I'm being a SS. he got my hopes up last week saying he expects baby before 39 weeks. Damn doctor getting me all excited! Watch, now I'll probably be that .0002 someone was saying can be pregnant for 2 years hahaha.

My doc starts internals at 35.

First weekly apt today around 2. I am currently 37 weeks. They are going to check to see if I am dilated due to my strong contractions over the last few days and I get to experience the lovely strep test swab and also still monitoring my unstable heart rate, oh the joys.

Had my first internal exam, all closed up tight. Boo. Maybe I can convince DH to help attempt to get things started

Dr. said all the cramping I've been having is normal, baby took a smidge longer to get her good NST results but since she's been consistent they weren't worried about it and all the other vitals looked great. We also talked about if I go over my due date they'll do an induction. So this baby has a little over a week to get her act together because I would like to avoid that.

ETA- my OB won't do internal exams until 38 weeks either

had my weekly ob appt this am. she doesn't do internals, so i have no clue what is going on down there. because of my history with low fluid, i am going for a fluid check tomorrow to check in with baby. hoping she is fine because i would love to avoid being induced this time around. 

so close!!! i am really ready for baby eavie to be here. OVER this tight belly stuff.

OB appointment went well! GBS swab wasn't as bad as expected and doc says I am closed up tight and baby is head down but still quite high. Good news in my opinion - she's still got 4 weeks of baking left to do!

Regular NST and fluid check. Fluid went down from 15 on Friday to 11 today. I'm getting nervous! Dr. gave me no indication of when I could go- she just said call her if my water breaks.

Just had my NST waiting to see the doctor now. Noah looked great, he was just a playing the whole time. My BP did not look so great. Ended up going up by the end to 175/101... not sure what the doctor will have me do but I've been feeling Crappy the past two days so I guess that's why. I did lose 5 lbs though, won't complain about that! Will update again after I see the doctor. FX she doesn't admit me. Still have a week until I'm 37 weeks. That's my goal.

Had my 39 week appt- I progressed from 1-2cm.  My doc stretched me to 3cm and did a membrane sweep.  It wasn't painful just was uncomfortable for a minute.  Here's to hoping I'll go into labor because I have 3 12 hour shifts fri/sat/sun and sunday is my due date

Swab wasn't bad but I have yet to stop cramping after the internal check. Doc was surprised that baby girl was really low, and head down. I am 60% effaced but not dilated. They plan to check me again next week but yay for some progression and I am excited to know we are headed in the right direction. Let's just hope she doesn't decide to start training for gymnastics and flip around on me.

Had a BPP, growth ultrasound and 39 week check up. The ultrasound tech told me he's measuring 9lbs 15 oz. she said his head and tummy are large but his femur is normal. When I saw the doctor he said that she likely over estimated and baby is more like 8.5 to 9 pounds.

Last appointment was 4 days ago. Doctor said that if baby measured 9.5 or greater that he'd schedule a c section, there's more that factor into that decision. So baby isn't that big and I've progressed to 1.5 cm and 70% effaced which means we go another week! He's hopeful that the baby will make his entrance with no assistance! I'm so relieved.

had my weekly check up and i am 75% effaced and baby is super low!  i can feel him very very low so that wasn't a surprise.  i am not quite 1 cm dilated, but excited to hear we are moving in the right direction!

They told me essentially that since I am not really contracting or anything that it's not needed until 38 weeks because they can be painful. Glad to know that my obgyn isn't the only one that waits til 38 weeks. From reading these boards it seemed like that was late in some cases.

As for the rest of the appointment, baby is still head down, hb is 149, my strep test was negative, and I am measuring for the end of June still, okseeyounextweekbye was how the whole 3 minutes I saw the doctor went.
