What is this rash?

This is a picture of a fat roll on her thigh. She has them in her fat arm crease and fat neck rolls. It's inside her diaper area but none actually on her privates. I plan on calling the doc tomorrow, just wondering if this might be yeast? I'm just a little worried because I wash her and her brothers dipes together. Thanks!

That was my thought with where you said it all is. We just had to keep DS's neck as dry and clean as we could early on.

But why do we have to call them fat arm crease and fat neck roll? Couldn't we just say neck crease and arm roll? It sounds nicer.

I have an appt today so hopefully it's an easy fix. I call it rat rolls because I love chubby babies and I think it's cute when they have rolls, so calling it that doesn't seem negative to me

Looks like a heat rash. Our pedi recommends baking soda baths for all skin irritation. 1/2 cup in half a tub of water, scale down for a baby bath tub. I use about a 1/4 cup in my full single basin sink. You don't need to use soap with it, just let them soak and wipe them down. Supposedly it helps keep the skin an inhospitable environment for yeasts as well. It has helped with dermatitis for us. Also, I keep LOs rolls clean and put a little coconut oil on them as a barrier and some anti-fungal action. Just a suggestion

I second the baking soda bath. Our pedi recommended it for LO's eczema plus Vaseline on the face/neck area as a moisture barrier. Works pretty well! Don't put Vaseline on his diaper area without a liner though, I would suggest grandma els or coconut oil for that area.
