Cycle Day 31 and no AF

I just think it's funny/incredibly annoying that AF has been like clock work my whole life until I've started paying attention to it. I don't need false hope. I'd much prefer things to be predictable. I know it's just wishful thinking. Anyway I'm just hanging out on here until I go for my consult on Friday. Excited for a dx and a plan.

Me-36
DH -35
Married in 2008
Started TTC in 2011
Began testing May 2014
Test Results
HSG- clear
Hysteroscopy- clear
SA- 11 mil count
45% motility
Diagnosis: MFI
July 2014: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
August 2015: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
September 2015: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
May 2018 after long period of not trying, starting adoption process with family friend's newborn
November 2018 Adoption complete!

    AF is a sneaky thing...she somehow manages to find a way to boost my hopes every couple months or so. Just when I think I'm on to her, she throws a curveball and I end up with that wishful thinking! Anyways, glad you can focus on the plan. I loooved going for our dx and plan consult!

    Me and DH: 32, TTC since 2/2012
    Dx: lean PCOS, low hormone levels, 2 CP's before seeing RE, MTHFR heterozygous
    IUI #1 with clomid and ovidrel: BFN
    IUI #2 with clomid (unresponsive), femara, ovidrel and novarel: Possible CP
    IUI #3 with femara, ovidrel and novarel: BFN
    IUI #4 with Follistim (115 iu) and ovidrel= BFN, developed OHSS, benched- 2 weeks of birth control pills
    IUI #5 with Follistim (75iu) and ovidrel= BFN........Taking a medication break for a few months
    IUI #6 with Follistim (75iu) every other day, femara and Lupron trigger= BFN
    *Taking a long break to get healthy and research/prepare for IVF*
    Goal: gain 5 lbs, gluten/dairy/soy/nut free
