ugh. Inthe first trimester you want to tell everyone, I havent let myself go, I'm prego. I'm not fully ready to spill the beans just yet. It's so much easier when you belly anounces it for you
I had the same problem with my second and third pregnancy, and probably will with this one too. It was all bloat and lasted from about 8w to 11w and then it went down. Though I always looked bigger in the evenings until my real bump showed up.
I'm 9 weeks, but I look like I looked when I was 16 weeks last time! I've already been called out because of my bloat/bump! I can feel my uterus abovemy pelvic bone already so I think it's half bloat and some bump
Yup, I've got a bit of a bump already (this is #3 for me). I know that some of it is bloat, but definitely not all of it! I can feel my uterus, and it's enlarging. They say that you show earlier with each baby.....and I'm not ready to tell yet! Hoping everyone just keeps their mouths shut and assumes I've been eating extra, haha! Also, had an appointment on Thu, where she moved my due date up by a week, so I'm about 9.5 weeks along now.
I'm 8 weeks 2 days and have felt huge since I found out. The dr said it could be bloat. Also doesn't help I've been constipated and nauseas 24/7. My daughter is going to be 11 in June so she will be almost 12 when we deliver I just don't remember feeling all this when I was 17 pregnant w her.
I'm only 6w3d, but I can already tell by this bloat that I'm going to show much earlier than last time. Last time I didn't show until 21 weeks. It took forever for me to "pop." This time, I'm afraid I'll have a bump before my first midwife appt at 11weeks!
I'm only 6 weeks and some days and none of my real pants fit. And my bra is already too tight. Maybe this means I'll actually LOOK pregnant before 7 months along. But I also had a baby 8 months ago. So my ute was probably only back to completely normal for like 4 months.
ETA I don't actually know how log it takes for your uterus to go entirely down to normal size after pregnancy. Its probably way shorter than 4 months.
10 weeks here and baby #2. Pretty sure mine is all bloat still. Plus on still on progesterone which I think makes the bloat worse. I look swollen in my lower abdomen, but all my clothes still fit the same.

OMG this is me. I looked back at bump pictures from DS, and holy friggin moly, I'm 9w and seriously I look as big as I did at 16w last time. WTF. I'm gonna be huge
I'm 7 weeks and look like I did at 14 weeks with DD#1. I feel like being pregnant on and off for the past 7 months has confused my body and it's just ready to pop! I also quit running and started eating warming foods to try and help this baby stick. I would gain even more weight to get a take home baby though. I have some serious muffin top in my regular clothes and prefer anything more forgiving, which will be maternity clothes in at least two weeks I'm guessing!
I am 5w4d and already have some major bloat. My fat jeans are starting to get snug. It's a little OOC. I couldn't button my pants anymore after 11 weeks the first time. I suspect it'll be a lot sooner this time.
@CuppyCakes721 I also had a baby 8 months ago! So relieved I'm not the only one who's "already" pregnant again. I took my DS to the doctor the other day and he always asks when we're having another. Well, this time I just stared at him and all he said was "ah, a fertile myrtle." Yep. I guess so.
Thank god I'm not the only one! I told my husband I won't be able to keep the pregnancy a secret much longer when I look pregnant! Maternity bras were busted out of hibernation at 6 wks! I am living in lulu pants now (8 wk 4 days) bc all my shorts are too uncomfortable. I tried on a dress I wore to a wedding when my daughter was 6 wks, and I swear it fit better post baby than now with a little baby bloat!
Yup. My "loose" pants are already fitting more like regular pants. And I'm only 7 weeks! I know it's just bloat, my stomach and gassiness tell me that... :-/ I wish it were cooler outside so I could justify wearing more layers at work, but I have a feeling at that 8-9 weeks my belly will totally give me away...
I look huge. I faked a beer last weekend so I know some people are thinking, wow she's porking up. I'm jealous of you 8 monthers... Just use the 9 months on 9 months off excuse. I'm just fat
this bloat is killing me!! i was getting pretty small in the waist and was almost at my weight goal, now i feel super thick around the middle and cannot suck it in, my mom says people are going to notice!!
im not super skinny by any means (just reached 152) so its gonna be different to see how my bump progresses compaired to last time where i was 30lbs heavier at the start!! i had to wait till 6 months to look like i had a bump! i dont think i will have to wait that long this time which is kind of exciting
Hi! I'm having to same issue too. My daughter will be 11 in Oct and I don't remember being this bloated the first time. I do remember my pants not fitting officially at 2 months thou and I will be 8 weeks next tues. Oh the joys if prefnancy. Btw how did you daughter take the news that there was a baby on the way? We still haven't said anything to her yet but the other day she was like " mommy your earring a lot more lately".

With DD, I just looked like I was retaining a little water. Now, I look 4-5 months along. So definitely some uteran memory going on this time!
