Diaper exploding?

DS2 just got me up because he was covered, I mean covered in these small clear gel beads. They were all over entire belly and back. His diaper just exploded at the seam. Is this normal? If DS1 every peed to much in his diaper it would leak out, not erupt. Is it a bad batch of diapers? We use CD and use pampers at night, the package says 12 hrs protection, but this lasted about 8. Thought? tIA

Not being preachy but that's why I hate those overnight dipes. I just use swaddlers at night and rarely have a problem. Lord knows what that stuff is! That being said I'm sure LO is fine!

We use pampers baby dry for overnight and have never had any problems....I'd be taking those back and contacting the manufacturer as faulty, what if for instance, any of the beads had got into his hands and then mouth?
Not saying that has happened, but it could have and I would consider that dangerous

I had the same issues with Baby Dry several times with DD, so we just used regular swaddlers or cruisers. They worked better overnight anyway.

Hm...they are the pampers stay dry, not overnight. I will contact the manufacturer and stop using them at night. The swaddler kept the beads from going any higher then his belly.
