Cute things your child(ren) is doing

In the interest of taking some of the emphasis off of the ttc aspect of SaIF and focusing more on our LOs, I propose a weekly thread. I know we've done this before, but I think making it weekly would be helpful. What do you ladies think?

So, what cute things is your child doing or what new skills has he mastered?

DS1 is a reader! It is so fun to listen to him reading the bedtime stories now. Although he still enjoys having books read to him too. It is SUCH an exciting time.

DS2 is becoming a comedian. His favorite joke right now is "Why did the baby cross the road?" "Because she had a dirty diaper that needed to be changed" Cue hysterical laughter. 

DD is starting to crawl on her knees. She still mostly army crawls to get around, and holy smokes is she fast at that now!

Hannah has recently begun twirling, yesterday she grabbed my flip flops, threaded her hands through them and twirled around while "singing".

She also frequently grabs her "purses" cue any bag ever, slings it over her arm so it rests in the crook of her elbow and carries it around the house putting random stuff in it. She's such a girly girl

@robeano E is a purse girl too. And as soon as she puts on her purse, she says "bye bye!" and walks away.

J has been dumping her snacks on the floor, then laying on her belly to eat the food off the floor.

She is big on loading and unloading stuff. Rocks, toys, etc.

A has recently started saying yellow... Only she says "ye ye yellyo" it is the cutest thing I have ever heard! Of course she doesn't 't know what yellow is, just how to say it.

H has one of those little sit and ride cars that he's been interested in lately. It has buttons that play music, makes an engine start up noise, and launches little cars off of it. He goes up to it to every morning and pushes the music button over and over and just laughs.

If A's straw cup is on the floor, sometimes she squats around it and bends over it to drink-hands free!

She loves to feed us blueberries, Cheerios, banana....whatever she is eating. She is a good sharer

Ditto to Hannah, nothing quite like sharing food your toddler has started masticating already

Me A had just turned 1 and is totally obsessed with cars and trucks. He is now making the car sounds we make as we move the trucks around....the only difference he does it at the top of his voice wherever we are. Shopping, restaurants, you name it.

I LOVE when they start drawing! I love being able to see their little imaginations take shape.

A picked up my little black coach bag And started walking around with it today in the crook of her elbow! So funny! She must have been reading this post

D is finally walking down the stairs on his own without holding on to us! His vocabulary is also exploding right now, it is fun to hear all of the sentences coming out of his mouth and he rarely says anything more than once unless it is get in there (what I say to his feet while putting them into shoes)

I love this post!!

G says hi and bye to everyone everywhere we go. I just love seeing other people's faces light up when they realize he is talking to them. He is so outgoing and friendly. My sweet boy.

He also loves to vacuum right now and we get such a kick out of watching him.

Just today, E has started asking us what we are doing. She says "What doing Mommy?" Over and over and over. When you tell her what you are doing, she says ohhhhh. It's so cute!

I is almost 7 months old and is so active. She's crawling and trying to pull up, which is totally the opposite of her laid back big sister. She also slept through the night for the past two nights which is awesome for my post colic baby!

A just turned 3 last month and is such a big girl. She's finally getting the hang of potty training. Yesterday we got out the sprinkler and she had so much fun running around and filling and emptying cups of water.
