After having it removed, did it come back? 

I have had 5 PP cycles now and each time I am feeling like my cramps, etc are getting worse and worse. I haven't had any of the mid cycle spotting that I did that lead my dr to originally suspect endo all those years ago though. I'm not sure if it is worth investigating further since I won't be ttc again (although I've been researching adoption websites and lurking the adoption board.) The thought of going through another LAP is not appealing, the first one was a miserable recovery.

It's back, but I don't know to what degree. When I had my last ET my RE told DH while I was under that it was now or not at all because he had to drain some endometriomas, and it had only been about 9 mos since my lap to remove stage IV endo. My cycles have become increasingly painful since I had DD, but I'm almost scared to look into it further because RE said no more laps, he fears I won't make it out intact, and the scar tissue would be too bad.

Right now I'm living in blissful ignorance because I don't really want to know the answer. We have 5 frozen embryos and I feel a lap would be best before a FET if there is any chance at success. The recommendation of a total hysterectomy in my mid 30s keeps me living in intermittent fear of
the truth.

Very long story short, it's time for DH and I to have a long talk on our way to DMB tomorrow.....

Man, I'm sorry. I hope you can avoid the hysterectomy too.
