Hey Ladies! Happy Friday! I hope you all have had a great week. 

**I will be 14 weeks tomorrow and will be moving onto 2nd Tri.  Can someone please volunteer to take over the 1st tri check in starting next week? **

Im 7wk 1d, I had an u/s yesterday and after a bleeding scare I was so relived and thankful that both of our babies are doing great, both measured one day ahead and baby As heartbeat was 150, and baby B was 139. I could see their little heads and tails this time it really doesn't feel real yet! I did find out that I have a subchorionic hematoma which is what caused my bleeding, it was nice to have a definate cause! I have been very nauseated, tired, boobs are so sore, and bloated. Im not sure how much longer I'll be able to hide this secret from everyone at work I'm pretty sure several ppl suspect it (I don't drink coffee anymore, and "cant" do heavy lifting) and this MS is going to def going to give it away if nothing else does! I will have another u/s next Thur and I cannot wait for a little baby bump to show up, I've read that some women with twins start showing as early as 9wks :-) I'm really hoping I will be! FX!

8 weeks 1 day, got to see little raspberry yesterday   I think my fetal doppler should be arriving in the mail today...can't wait!  @mKateG People at work have been slowly finding out, mostly every time I am assigned a droplet pt, I let the charge nurse know or when I need help lifting.  They have been really good about keeping it a secret.  One of my co-workers who knows was telling me another co-worker who doesn't know was asking if she thought I was pregnant....this co-worker observed me drinking ginger ale.  Just want to make it a few more weeks before letting everyone know.  @ttuprincess congrats on moving on to 2nd trimester!!!  @calindi thanks for taking over!!!  

QOTW:  I hate it when my hubby doesn't shut the cupboards around the house and leaves them open.

Hi ladies, wow this is my last first tri check in because I'm 13 weeks now.

Results of NT scan came in- 1/10,000.  We felt so relieved and are just hoping for continued positive news.  I'm feeling pretty well, but definitely look preggo now.

We had an appointment today and all looked on target.  All quiet now until next OB appointment on 6/27 and Level II Ultrasound on 7/20 will be the next time we see our little bean.

Until then, focusing on positive thoughts (my family is driving me nuts because they say we're keeping "secrets" by not telling people our name choices or what the sex of the baby is) and enjoying this summer!

My biggest pet peeve is people who think the world revolves around them, aka my family these days!

8 weeks, 4 days here. Counting down the days until we can see our little one again. My first regular OB appointment will be on Monday and they said we'd take a look in there. Can't wait to see what it will look like at 9 weeks, I bet it's grown so much since I last saw it at 7 weeks, 2 days. Feeling great this week, not a lot of nausea. My energy level is still really low but I've managed to get all my workouts in which makes me feel better. 

QOTW: Do I have to pick just 1? I have lots of pet peeves. I guess right now my biggest pet peeve is when supervisors/bosses treat their employees differently- like when some people enjoy privileges that other people can't even though they are the same level.

I’m 9wks3days and this week I graduated to my OB! I had my last u/s with my RE a few days ago. It was awesome we got to see our nugget finally wiggle around and move its arms and legs! We still haven’t heard the heartbeat, but we’ve seen it at 3 ultrasounds. Next week I have my first OB appointment and I’m hoping I’ll finally get the chance to hear the heartbeat.

The MS has been evolving. It’s now less in the morning and more prevalent at night. This week I think I’m going to cave in a buy a new bra cause I look like an idiot in the ones I wear right now

QOTW: I can’t stand it when people constantly chew with their mouth open. DH is guilty of this and I’m always telling him to close his damn mouth!

AFM -- I can't believe it is time to move over to second tri.  I have my first apt with the MFM today and I get to see the baby!  I am really excited.  DH is coming with me.  It is the first ultrasound he has been able to go to since our first one at 6 weeks! 

QOTW:  I agree with @wolfette139 that I HATE people talking in a movie.  I almost don't go to movies any more because I get so frustrated with people being rude!

I guess I got left off some how. But I'm 13w2d with twins. Edd is 12/3/14. I will be moving onto 2nd tri next week. No big updates. My next appt isn't till June 23rd which is the longest I have been without seeing the babies.

I'm hoping to schedule an elective u/s to find out sexes soon. Idk how early she will let me come in but I'm hoping 15 wks because that's the week of my bday.

QOTW: rude people in general. You should treat all people with respect.

@BabyKsMommy -- Sorry. I took you off because last week you said it was your last week at the first tri check in and your siggy says your EDD is November 27.  SORRY you got left off this week.  Just confusion on my part!  Glad to hear things are going well.

Well I'm really new and I debated with myself as to whether or not I should join, but I figured I should be positive and join. My suspected due date right now is January 30th, but I haven't had my dating ultrasound with my RE yet. My cycles have been kinda wonky before this pregnancy so it could be a later due date. So far I've had two beta's, first one was Tuesday at 80, second one was yesterday and it was 304!! It almost quadrupled! My first ultrasound is scheduled for June 10 and I'm optimistically positive.

EDD: 1/14/15

Had my 2nd ultrasound on Wednesday, baby measured 1 day ahead and heartrate of 124!! Really bizarre though, there was a 2nd yolk detected at that ultrasound and a baby measuring a week behind and no hb. We did not see this at the previous ultrasound. The tech said that baby will most likely not make it. I go back next Thursday for my final RE visit and 8week ultrasound, hopefully will get a definite answer on the identical that magically appeared this week.

I can't believe I'm moving to 2nd Trimester!  Had NT scan baby A came back abnormal with a neck measuring 5mm.  I'm a little worried about that but keeping my hopes and prayers up.

Hi guys! I'd like to be added too. My EDD is January 17th.

We had our first ultrasound today and it showed one baby measuring right on track at 6 weeks 5 days! We got to see the little heartbeat flickering away and they let us take a video of that

QOTW: I hate when people use a lot of extra words (umm, so, actually) when they're giving a presentation. It makes it so hard for me to pay attention to what they're saying.

So far so good, 8 weeks 5 days and graduated from RE. Had a ultrasound the hearbeat is so strong.  I am so in love with my bean.  EDD is 1/3/15. First OB appt is June 6.

QOTD: My pet peeve is when people (especially the younger generation) cross the street while staring at their phones, never looking up to check for traffic.  Drives me nuts! The phone can wait until you safely cross the street!

6w3d (babies are measuring a little over five weeks). Nothing really new at the moment. I'm just waiting to go back in on Wednesday. I keep dry heaving instead of puking, which is worse that puking. I feel awful and its making my head hurt. I can't wait to see our little beans next week! Hopefully we see some strong heart beats since we couldn't see them at my 6w ultrasound.

QOTW: My biggest pet peeve is repetitive clicking/other annoying noises. I work in marketing at a casino and when I go out on the floor people are clicking the damn buttons as fast as they can...its not making the machine give you more money, its just annoying the hell out of the people around you.

11 weeks 4 days today, not too much going on with my body (which is good!) Impatiently waiting for my NT scan on Wednesday as I haven't seen baby since 7 weeks. Morning sickness has been gone for over a week and just wanna let you girls know that it will get better!

Job wise I got offered to pick up more hours at a different location and I'm having trouble deciding if I should take it.

QOTW: It drives me insane when older family members yell at us for not having kids yet (nobody in the fam knows our struggles). Sorry I wish I could be more fertile but unfortunately it took almost two years and I needed IVF. I wish people have more infertility awareness.

Sorry I forgot I never updated my siggy. I'm always mobile so I never see them. Yah I'm not really even sure what my "real" due date is. I guess I'm going with 12/3 for now haha.

I am 7 weeks, 4 days today. The nausea and vomiting came on with a vengeance this week. Last week, it was intermittent, but it became relentless this week. My RE called in 3 meds for me, so this evening has been better. I have an appointment with my RE on Monday and am excited for another ultrasound to see if all is going okay with my little blueberry. 

 QOTW: I have so many pet peeves! Poor grammar, the misuse of apostrophes, people who complain constantly on Facebook, the fact that my office is so over-air conditioned that I need to wear a sweater inside when it is 100 degrees outside...

I'm 6w3d today. We had our second ultrasound yesterday at 6w2d. Baby was measuring one day ahead at 6w3d. We saw the flicker of the heartbeat and it measured 127bpm! So exciting! Still taking things one day at a time but the heartbeat was a huge sigh of relief. DH cried

Symptoms-wise, I'm nauseous on and off throughout the day. I'm also really tired. However, this time it's not as bad as I remember with DS. I've still been keeping up with my running. This week I did 23 miles. I'm hoping to be able to continue it throughout 1st trimester, so when I get my energy back in 2nd tri I can have fun with running again

Pet peeves? I have SO many. Hard to pick just one . . . maybe restaurants that don't automatically give you a ton of napkins when you show up with a toddler. I'm talking about diner-type places that see a lot of families. You know I'm inevitably going to ask for a stack of napkins. Why not just head it off? Drives me NUTS!

Can't believe tomorrow I'll be 10 weeks.  Double digits!  I have my first OB app on Monday. I am excited but nervous. I hope everything is still okay.

Holy crap-- so weird to see my name moving to 2nd tri!!
For some odd reason, morning sickness aka actual running to the bathroom to vomit has kicked in t 13 weeks... Miserable!!! Guess they are having a growth spurt? Nothing else going on besides that and starting to tell our friends about all the lying we've been doing trying to get these babies!

6w2d Had our first u/s this past Friday and saw one bean! Our RE was very happy with how everything was looking! I go back in again Friday for my 7 week u/s

Hi, I'd like to be added!

EDD is 1/24/15 and there is one bean in there.

We had our 6w3d u/s today RE thinks everything looks great. Heartbeat was 118bpm.  We go back in 3 weeks (she said 2 but DH is traveling that week and she is ok with us coming in following week) for u/s and then will be released to OB.  She did say we should call now for the 10 week appt so I made that call today (going to use my gyn - she is ob/gyn - since my RE said she is great - if I don't like her I can switch later).
