Another round of Clomid?

We are mid-way through our second medicated cycle.

100mg Clomid CD 3-7

Went in for an u/s on Tuesday (CD 12) and I had one 11 mm. follicle on the right side. Went in for a 2nd u/s this morning (CD 15) and the follicle was 11.6mm.

Blergh.

Just got a call from the doctor and my Estrogen levels are low, so they are starting me on Clomid again today. 150mg. So basically she said that today would be considered my baseline u/s and we rescheduled another u/s for the 5th. (CD 22) 

Has anyone done a 2nd round of Clomid like this? I am so new to all of this, but this really isn't what I was expecting!

Definitely. I've stair stepped a few times. I tend to respond well to each dosage for a cycle of two and then I'll just stop. I've had two "good" responses to clomid 200mg now. DH says, "200mg clomid is our jam." Hoping for good news at your next u/s!

Well there you go then! You learn something new every day! This process is such an interesting one with so much to learn! 

We are also doing Novarel instead of Ovidrel this cycle. Intramuscular instead of Subcutaneous. Poor hubby is worried about having to do that one!
