Over the past 2 months, my son has developed this habit of waking up in the middle of the night. I can't seem to pinpoint what exactly is causing it. Sometimes it seems he has a nightmare, and other times he flips out when he notices we aren't in the room with him. He was ALWAYS a good sleeper until recently. I am getting ready to enter the third trimester with our daughter. Does anyone have any tips to help? I'm just wanting him to go back to sleeping good because we are all dragging anymore from lack of sleep. I just don't know what to do for him. I'm not sure where he gets the monsters idea because we rarely watch tv. He's a very active kid as they play outside a lot at daycare and we play outside in the evenings up until about an hour before bedtime.
