Back to sleep help

Ashton is now rolling but he's not very good at lifting his head as he has quite the noggin on him. Well at 5 am I found him laying on his belly face down! Luckily he was okay but it still scared me. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep him on his back? Or should I just let him go. He's 7 months actual/ 4 months adjusted.

Re: Back to sleep help

  • @BostonKisses2‌ I think I'm just scared because he doesn't turn his head to the side when he's on his belly. I went in to turn his head and he yelled at me, got his mommas temper! Maybe I'll just leave him like that for now on but I'm afraid I won't be able to sleep cause of worrying.

DD did this when she first started rolling too, I'd find er face down on the mattress. The first few nights I turned her head to the side and I must've woken up to check on her like 5 times, but you can't sleep next to his crib. Well, you could, but I wouldn't recommend it ;). This is why you're not supposed to have fluffy bedding or a soft mattress. He'll be fine, he can breathe even though it looks scary!!
