We call it the "plug" around here. Or "lambie" & "giraffie" when specifically referring to the wubbanubs. What is it at your house?

Girl, I get ultra annoying with it sometimes. I'll ask him "do you want your bink?" but it will come out sounding a lot more like "d'you wan'cho biiiiiiink?" I'm pretty sure anyone within punching distance of me would let those fists fly.

I call it a paci since working in childcare only because no one would know what I was talking about when I called it what I called it when I was little. Because I used it so much there, it just kind of overflowed to being used at home. But... I called it a sussy when I was little.

Nuk or pacifier.That's what we called them growing up. Plug is way to reminiscent of mucus plug.... No thanks.

I pronounce it "nook," as in "nooks and crannies." Basically "book," but with an "n" instead of a "b."

Nah, she used the Avent just like we do. It must be a northern New Hampshire thing, her sister does it too.

We call it his sucker. DH says it a couple times and it's stuck. I don't like binky at all but will say pacifier at times.

My parents called it a "bippy" so now I say that too.  There was a '70s TV show called "Laugh In" they would watch where Goldie Hawn would come out in body paint and say "You bet your sweet bippy!"

We call it a gully my great grandmother started calling it that with her kids and it stuck. Weird I know but I can't imagine calling it anything else.

We call it a chupeta or chuppy. Spanish for the word pacifier. We don't even speak Spanish, picked it up from the family I nannied. Or we call it a bink!

And I just realized the frog and bear don't have a name. Haha

I HATE "plug" - it sounds gross. Binky, nuk, etc all drive me crazy, too, but I let the grandmas call it that if they want. For some reason paci doesn't bother me at all. We normally call it a pacifier, but paci if I'm feeling lazy. No different than calling a diaper a dipe.

DD only seems to take her wubbanub dog, we call it " puppy". Need to get her another wubbanub
