Grinding teeth

As soon as DDs too teeth popped through she started grinding them. We catch her quite a few times a day an try to get her to stop an distract her but it doesn't always happen. I have no clue how to get her to stop and was just curious if any of you were going through the same?
Hopefully it's just a phase

Yes, DD does this too!! I've read that it's fairy normal and just part of them getting used to the sensation of having teeth. It makes me cringe though!

@sugarkissed‌ I know! As soon as she does it I get the heebie-jeebies. I hate it!

It's like chewing on cotton.

My LO grew out of this in about two weeks. It was terrible sounding, though.
