On Monday in the symptoms threat I mentioned that I was having cramping and spotting/bleeding but at the ultrasound we saw a beautiful perfect heartbeat. Well a couple hours later a nurse called telling me my blood work came back very bad. Beta number did not rise like it should and progesterone was off the charts low. They had me rush out on memorial day to get prometrium, but by that night my cramping was already very intense. Tuesday I started bleeding heavily and an ultrasound this morning confirmed the loss.
