I noticed this morning that we missed our Tuesday check-in.  Generally, I look forward to hearing about other PAIF moms.  Also, T's and P's for our fearless leader, @Letsgobowlingx.  I haven't seen any posts from her, so hopefully she is somewhere meeting her LO.

This is the place to share how you’re feeling, what symptoms you’ve been having, how your appointments have gone, u/s pictures, belly pictures, anything and everything!

I finally finished all of my baby chores.  The only thing left is to complete are things for me (pack bag, make padsicles, mix BF cookies).  I also have meds to donate to my REs office.

Other than that, my goal is to be as positive as I can be.  I don't want to walk around looking miserable.

QOTW: DH and I went to the movies this weekend.  As I watched the trailer for Transformers: Age of Extinction, I wondered how often we would venture out the house for dates like this.

I am starting to enter the phase where I'm ready to have this baby so I won't have to deal with the aches, pains, leakage, reflux, etc., but at the same time am trying to relish being pregnant since this is my last one. I can't believe I only have 8 working days left, and will have a baby in less than 3 weeks (if not sooner!). Can't wait to meet my little guy.

QOTW: I really need to finish cleaning my house and planting my tomato plants asap. I'll feel motivated, get a little done, have some BH, and then stop.

lyracelesti- I'm also starting to think about #2.  I wonder will it be easier the second time around.  Any other PAIF moms with multiple children want to weigh in?

36w6d here, one more day until full term.  Things are going pretty well here, I got the last thing on my to-do list for the baby accomplished today when I got our car seats inspected. I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and baby boy was measuring a little small so I'll have another u/s next week to check on him, last time probably before he's on the outside. I have a work baby shower on Friday for the five of us due this summer so I'm looking forward to seeing some of my co-workers that I haven't seen since the semester ended. 

QOTW: I think the biggest thing is just being able to have last minute plans, rather it's going out to dinner, visit with friends or go to a sporting event.  I know we'll be able to do all of this when he gets here, we'll just have to make plans a lot earlier.

By easier, do you mean to get pregnant, or be pregnant?

For me it was harder to get pregnant (and stay pregnant) the second time around, but the pregnancies themselves have been very similar. More morning sickness with this LO, and obviously more tired chasing around a toddler. But as you all know, going through IF makes you appreciate your pregnancy that much more and I've been able to take it all in stride.

I was hoping that after going through it once, my body would more readily accept getting pregnant again.  That's probably wishful thinking.

Hello everyone! Loving the updates and SO excited for @katekat8721‌!

38 weeks here and all is good. My appointment took a little turn yesterday and the OB seemed a little concerned about me not gaining weight and measuring small(I've been measuring on track this entire time, but am only up about 10 to 15 lbs from the start of this pregnancy). So if I make it to next Tuesday they will do an ultrasound to check baby and fluid levels. In the mean time I am just trying to relax, not worry about it too much, and pack on the calories! I am at about 3cm now so all we can do is just wait and see how it goes

We have done just about everything we can to prepare for this LO. My H really wants to go to a baseball game this weekend, it would probably be my only game of the summer, but we shall see if it happens!

I am 36 weeks and had my weekly appointment yesterday. All was good and I will be finding out my Group B Strep results at next week's appointment. Since the OB was doing the Group B Strep test, she decided to check my cervix as well and I am a fingertip dilated she told me. Tonight I *think* I lost my mucus plug (clear and stringy) which has me somewhat freaked out as I was planning on keeping this baby in for 4 more weeks! Seems kind of coincidental that I had my cervix checked yesterday and then I noticed my mucus plug today. Thoughts?

QOTW: Touch up paint around the house (which is almost done) and getting our carpet professionally cleaned (scheduled for this weekend)! Gosh, I'm so boring.

Hi everyone! I'm 39 weeks now & not dilated at all, doctor said if I don't go into labor before, I'll be induced on 6/13. I'm also measuring small, at 29 weeks but have had two growth scans that showed the baby/my fluid levels are good so doc said we aren't going to worry about it!

I'm hoping to go see A Million Ways to Die in the West this weekend since it will be a while before DH & I can go to a movie again. Other than that, I've just been trying to enjoy my lazy mornings of waking up when I want & lounging in bed for a while.

I'm so anxious to see an update with babies for @KateKat8721!

I had my weekly appt today.  After being told last week that she didn't think I'd make it to this appointment, I've made zero additional progress (still 2cm / 80%) despite having consistent contractions all weekend and she's now talking about stripping my membranes in a couple weeks.  It's only to LO's benefit that he's still cooking away, but I can't help but be disappointed after the OB got my hopes up that I'd be meeting him soon.  I realize it could still be any day...

QOTW: I'm trying really hard to appreciate and enjoy all DH and my final days as "just us" -- cooking a leisurely dinner, running errands, going out.  But mostly I / we just want this baby out so we can meet and love on him!  All the last minute to dos got finished over the weekend when I was expecting to go into labor at any moment, so now it's really just sitting and waiting.

lyracelesti- Thanks for the information.  Unfortunately, my IF was unexplained.  So, there's no telling how our future conception plans with go.

Well ladies, I went to my doctor Wednesday morning and when measured was at 7 cm. the doctor was uncomfortable with our ability to get to the hospital on time otherwise so she sent us there to be induced. They broke my water and contractions started naturally so not too long after, our little man entered the world! Samuel John born at 7 lb 15 oz and 22 inches long. I wish you all the best of luck and will be praying that everything goes well for all my PAIF sisters. Thank you for the support throughout this journey.

I had my babies yesterday! Violet was born via emergency C at 1:35 pm weighing 5 lb and 10 oz and 18.5 inches long. Scarlett followed suit at 1:36 pm weighing 5 lb and 6 ounces and 19.25 inches long. We got to avoid NICU because they were doing so well so I was happy.

Both are doing great despite being late preemies and have only dropped 1 and 3% of their body weights. We're nursing and supplementing because they're little peanuts! Everyone took pics on their phone so I'm waiting on them to share a few!

To be completely honest, the delivery sucked major ass and the birth story will take me a bit because it was pretty scary and painful. I'm trying to focus on the good stuff right now but will share the scary a little later!

I'm thinking of all us PAIFERs and can't wait for everyone to have their babies! It's totally surreal that these little people are mine. It's so crazy how fast you fall in love with them.
