Do they pass to the baby via bf?

No. But breast milk stools are so watery and explosive that it's easy to assume they do.

Thank you! That's what I was thinking. She is already blowing diapers so I didn't want to take stool softeners and make them worse!

My pediatrician said this week that the Colace I'm taking will pass to the baby through BF, but to take it anyway if I need it.
