fatigue and nausea

Hi ladies this is my first pregnancy and I'm7 weeks along.for the past week I've been exhausted and nauseas. I work full time and find myself super tired at work. I've had to take naps at work and then when i come home i don't have any energy and end up laying around all night. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so do you have any advice?

@ sommerluis Yes!! If hit me this weekend but really bad today!! I am so sorry. It is yucky :-( I just keep reminding myself that I am pregnant and that is what matters ;-)

Totally normal. I hit that wall last week. Slightly better now, but not by much. It will pass by 2nd tri!

Also, as a friend once reminded me...you're growing a HUMAN! It's damn hard work! Give yourself a break.

Sarap78 how exciting! I'm 7 weeks i heard the heart beat last week it was a beautiful sound

@sommerluis‌ Wow!! Congrats!! What an amazing experience that must have been. We have our first appointment next Friday ... Have no idea what to expect. I wonder if we'll hear the heart beat!!

Yes. I'm tired everyday and get nausea at least once a day. I just keep pushing through, and I'm thankful my DH has stepped up a lot in the last couple of weeks.
