Contractions or movement on nerves?

For y'all that have been thru this before- I've read that movement decreases before L&D. My LO is being super active in the last 45 min and my ligament between my thigh and pelvis keeps cramping up.

I can't tell if I'm having and cramping or if she is just moving her head (been down for a month now). This is the most active she's been in a while...

I'm 40 weeks tomorow. Id be more than fine if this is the start of something....
