PR: Parents of smaller kids, an underwear question

We're going to try potty training, and I've got Z some training pants, but do they make regular underwear that will fit a 21 pound kid? Anyone have experience with this? Google is only showing me the thicker training pants. Am I going to have to figure out how to sew underwear?

Lurker with a 24 pound 2.5 year old. The 2/3 panties are a bit baggy, but they stay up just fine.

I don't think DD was much bigger when I bought her first pair. 2T was baggy but they stayed up.

We got some of the most adorable 2T undies at children's place and they fit my kiddo. She is 23lbs and 35 inches I think. We also got the training pants. Good luck with PTing!
