When I was like 7 or 8, I ran away from home and left my parents a note that said, I've run away and not to come and find me at Nancy's house.  Oh and Nancy lived around the corner.  LOL

My dad has a card that I wrote for him in first grade for Father's Day.  It says "I love my dad.  He has brown hair and he's 50."

 

Um, he was 34 at the time.
