Tell Me Your Registry Secrets

I have one baby shower left, and after that hubby and I are going to go buy whatever else we're still missing. So I'm wondering, what items do FTMs not think of when registering? For example, a tip I got recently was to buy cooling gel packs for your nursing bras. Never would have thought of that, but of course it makes sense. I know all the usual suspects--diapers, wipes, bottles, etc. But tell me some of your life-savors or sanity-savors that aren't the usual registry list suspects.

For me, disposable breast pads for the first few weeks. I have washable ones, but they aren't good enough in the very beginning, I leak too much.
