Plans for next baby

Hubby and I are in the process of deciding whether we are going to try again - hopefully for a girl this time! I'm curious as to how all of other M14 moms are feeling and if y'all have any plans to conceive again, and if so, when?

I said 2+ years. I need like 4 years before I'll want another one. A newborn and a 2-year-old are all I can handle right now. I'd rather not do that combo of ages again with a third child. I'll let the other kids get a little older first. I'm not even totally sure I'll want another one at that point, but I've always thought we'd have three or four so I'll probably want another one sometime.

As of right now we plan to start trying when I graduate which will (hopefully) be next August.

I'd love to start trying again here within 6 months but due to costs of childcare and wanting to pay something off before we move we will be waiting about three years. So four years apart most likely. At least that helps with paying for college right?? Haha

When I meet the right guy id love 2 more. I have a high chance for twins so maybe just one more pregnancy. Who knows.

End of this year probably so they'd be about 1.5-2 years apart.

I want them 15-20 months apart so we will start TTC in about a month and a half or so. It took us 5 months the first time and I'm BF and still haven't had a pp period so hopefully it won't be too difficult.

I desperately want a second, but MH seems set on being one and done, so I don't know. I have to wait at least 18 months to be a good VBAC candidate so we have time....

I put undecided because I want 1 more but hubby says "no way " with 2 yr old twins and a newborn he thinks that's more then enough. Some days I agree but other days I think I'd like to do it one more time. Although my luck it would be twins again and I'd have 5 kids under 5 yikes

Someone on here said my husband is "writing checks he cannot cash" since he wants lots of babies—all about 2 years apart. I'll bet we end up with 3 or 4. M14 was #1 for us.

We want to start trying next June! That will make a March 2016 babester!
Strategic planning....as a teacher, I can extend my time off if my leave brings me to summer vacation, like this time around!

I'm hoping that I can just be a SAHM the next time around. This last year we got married, bought my dream house, and had a baby so we need my income to build out savings back up. We'll see!

#1 & #2 are a couple months shy of 2.5 years apart. We are pretty happy with this spacing so we'll probably try to do that again. Maybe Jan16.

We're done! DS is 3 and DD is 2 months. I'm content. I always imagined two, a boy and a girl. Glad my dream came true. Honestly, I'm just not patient enough to have any more...
I'm pushing dh to get snipped before the end of the end (since we've already met our deductible).

I put undecided. We will have to do a fresh IVF cycle. Not sure I could handle all the emotions that go with a that again. Plus I'm a SAHM mom now, and IVF is so damn expensive. I have a feeling DS will be our only child, DH wants another, though. So I guess we will just have to see.

We haven't decided if we will had another yet, I am guessing we will probably want one more. If we do decide to TTGP again it will likely be in 2.5 - 4 years.

I'm fairly certain we are done...maybe.
We don't have 'plans' to have more.

DH is planning a vasectomy, but we are still waiting for his consultation appointment.
I half expect to get pregnant while waiting for the procedure. :-S

I put special snowflake...because we know we want at least 1 more, and I've always said that we would probably start to try when DD is 12-18 months...but now I'm pretty attached to her, and I might want to wait for longer. We'll have another one...someday.

DS1 and DS2 are about 26 months apart.

I'm the same way! I secretly want to be like the Duggers.. minus the jean skirts and religion.

If I was younger I would also, but I am done with 6. My husband would like more but he is not the one having them so too bad for him.

I voted 6-12. I think once things have calmed down a bit and we are into a routine I may go off the pill. It took us a combined 18 months to get Arabella (1 year of trying, miscarriage, 3 months of trying). I'm just worried if it takes that long again there will be a bigger age gap then we want. I of course know that you can't plan it out perfectly. Hoping to just wing it at first and then really *try* (temping/charting, timing...) if we have to.

I'm not sure if I want more. IF we do have another then I'd like them to be around 3 years apart so I guess we'd start trying around 24 months.

We want another, but want LO to be about 2 when the next is born. Although it took well over 3 years to get pregnant we'll start trying summer next year.
