First Fluff Purchase!!

I have been obsessing about this and researching for months. I was planning to get AIOs when LO is big enough to fit in them and use sposies until then, but I've really really been eyeing GMD workhorse fitted diapers so I bought some newborn ones!! And a couple of covers! I only got 6 fitted ones for now since I'm going to assume she will be a smaller baby and I can get my feet wet trying them out among the sposies and see how they work! I hope I fall in love. Everyone on here seems to rave how great they are holding in newborn poo and how absorbent they are. I know fitted ones are more pricey, but being a first timer I won't wonder if my folding methods are wrong and that's why they aren't working. So excited!!! I got a couple waterproof covers off etsy that are newborn sized since the thirsties look big on babies to me for some reason. I envision not using a cover during the day at home, then hopefully I can tell right away when she is wet. Here's pics of my covers!:)

I can't give any advice as I didn't cd during the new born stage. I am just recently considering a few fitted for overnight. Like I said no help at all. But those are super cute covers!

Ha, well might have gone a little further and ordered a simplex aio and a bumgenius aio newborn. These are the two I'm considering in one size so I can see how I like them while she's a newborn! Jillians Drawers had the carroll print at regular price! Feels good to stop thinking about it and just do it!

I would not base your judgments on the NB, at least for the BG.

Thanks ladies. That's good to know. I know I have heard the NB BG does have more leak issues. I guess I'll just get a feel for the aio situation vs the fitted and cover situation. The print honestly did it for me since I've seen that print going for about twice retail price so if I don't like it I shouldn't have a problem selling it.
