Replace Car Seat?

My husband's car was broken into last night. He has a Jeep with a soft top and they cut through the back and climbed through the car. Apparently LO car seat was askew this morning and obviously walked in. I know even little fender benders require a car seat to be replaced so I'm wondering if we should also for a 200 pound man roughing it up? (Our neighbor has a video camera and got a view of the man).

    I agree with this. If you google "free car seat checks" and your state you should see a bunch of locations come up.

    Thanks guys! For now we are using our convertible seat we have. Since it was a weekend we had a hard time finding anything open.
