There's a website where i can check when he pays. Which he does what once every 2 years? anyways, what does it mean when the payment is done through "EFT/EDI" Method? The amount is even weirder, it's like $5.02? Thanks.

Eft usually means electronic funds transfer. Not sure about this site though.
