Does this look like a boy? 12-13 wk U/S!

We had our early u/s and the tech is thinking it's a boy. We'd love your thoughts! (Photos are at 12 or 13 weeks- tech said I'm measuring 12 wk 3 days, but gave us a due date of Nov 25th, which to me would seem to mean we're 13 weeks...?) Thank you and cheers!
