So what's everyone having tonight?
I tried to convince DH that we should go to the burger joint tonight (we're planning to go tomorrow for dinner), but no dice.
I reeeaaally dont wanna cook (shocking!), but its looking I may need to.
Any ideas? Bonus points for easy peasy and no chicken!!

In the cabinets, I have quinoa, pasta, rice, and various canned goods. Absolutely nothing sounds appetizing. Bleh.

If you like tofu, it's quick and easy. We use extra firm tofu cut into cubes and sauté it in olive oil, add a package of Kitchens of India Mashed Vegetable Curry, and a package of Ready Rice Rice Pilaf. Probably takes 10 minutes.

@hawkward I'm right there with you. I managed to steam some broccoli (before it goes bad and cant be used) and I made couscous. I have no idea where I was planning to go with this as far as an actual MEAL goes, but fuck it.
Oh and I ate a few sugar cookies in the midst of all this. Clearly, im winning right now.
